Recruitment can mean expensive advertising costs. Employers are able to advertise their vacancies at K College and take advantage of our recruitment agency which will help you to find the right Apprentice or Graduate for your company. If retention of existing staff is an issue, an informal chat with one of our Business Development Executives could identify staff development courses that can improve feelings of motivation and self-value within your workforce. We are able to offer, free of charge, advice from an informal chat to a full Training and Development Needs Analysis.

Work experience and work placements
It is even possible to 'try before you buy'. Many local employers see the advantages in working with us to provide work experience or longer work placements, often leading to employment for the students and reduced recruitment costs for the employer. Co-ordinating work placement students and releasing current employees for training can minimise the effect of having staff away from their place of work. We work with employers to guide suitably motivated students towards their best opportunities and to maximise future performance.

if you are not able to access the appropriate training for your employees, we will work with you to find more appropriate course content.
