K College (formerly West Kent College) have been providing quality NVQ training in Care for Town and Country Homecare employees for the last couple of years. The staff at the care home have been very impressed by the work of the assessors and the professionalism of the College.
Natalie Day is the office manager at Town and Country Homecare and currently training with the College for her NVQ Level 3 in Management. Natalie is very much enjoying working with her NVQ Assessor Bridget Remy. She said

Jane Lilley the Manager of Town and Country Homecare expressed how she has always been impressed with having one point of contact for all her training needs. She believes K College (formerly West Kent College) to be professional in their approach whilst maintaining flexibility towards individuals.
