For the last couple of years we have delivered various NVQs in the workplace to staff at Medway PCT. After recent discussions with Sam Clark, from Medway PCT it became apparent there was a need to offer their staff a bespoke workshop on personal development to motivate, increase confidence and give them the knowledge and courage to develop themselves both in the workplace and in life in general.
"We wanted to give staff the opportunity to increase their self awareness by carrying out a personal audit. This has involved them identifying their own learning styles, transferable skills, and values and belief. This has then lead individuals to look at their personal goals and ambitions." With the numerous companies having to make redundancies at present this course is also adaptable and beneficial to those facing being made redundant, as it enables them to determine their transferable skills for future employment."
