Apprenticeships are led by the Sector Skills Councils for each industry which means that they are designed by business for business, in order to provide the skills required to improve business efficiency and competitiveness.
Apprentices are already interested in the industry in which you operate and want to acquire the skills and knowledge to make them successful members of staff. They can: -
